As an experienced Board Certified Family Physician, Dr. Helene Wechsler offers a comprehensive and holistic approach to healthcare. She completed her medical education at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio in 1987. For fifteen years Dr. Wechsler was the co-founder and medical director of Scottsdale Holistic Medical Group, a multidisciplinary group offering conventional and alternative medicine. In 2004 Dr. Wechsler converted her practice to a “concierge” model thereby limiting her practice to a few hundred patients and giving each her undivided and unhurried attention.
Dually licensed in Allopathic and Homeopathic Medicine, Dr. Wechsler’s unique approach to personal care and 20 years experience helps her to create optimal treatment plans for her patients. “Even though I regularly employ conventional medicine in my practice, I am not shackled by it and will often suggest a more natural and less toxic alternative before trying a stronger pharmaceutical.”
Dr. Wechsler comes from a family with a long tradition in medicine. Her maternal grandparents, parents and two brothers are doctors. She is the proud mother of two sons and enjoys hiking, gardening and reading.
