About Dr. Baldemor

Dr. Baldemor is a dedicated Family Physician practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is board certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow of Integrative Medicine, trained at the world-renowned Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to her care, blending the best of conventional and complementary medicine.

Dr. B completed her undergraduate studies at The American University in Washington, D.C., where she pursued a unique combination of biology, economics, and international studies. She returned to her home state of Ohio to attend the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine—also known to football fans as the home of the Cincinnati Bengals. In 1996, she moved to Scottsdale to begin her residency in Family Medicine and has been part of the
Arizona medical community ever since.

Medicine runs in Dr. Baldemor’s family. Inspired by her anesthesiologist father, she ultimately found her calling in family medicine thanks to the influence of her Tito Ben, a small-town physician in Greenfield, Ohio. His home-based practice, complete with walks to the nearby hospital, left a lasting impression on her and shaped her deep appreciation for community-centered, whole-person care.

Her interest in integrative medicine began early with international travel, cuisine and her Filipino-American culture. She has a lifelong curiosity about healing and the connection between mind, body, and spirit—principles she now integrates into her patient care. Dr. Baldemor sees herself as both a guide and a partner in health. Her philosophy emphasizes collaboration: providing expertise while empowering patients to be engaged, informed, and accountable in their own healing journey.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Baldemor is married to Bryan and is the proud mother of three young adult sons. Her family also includes two energetic Portuguese Water Dogs who keep her active. She enjoys staying physically and mentally engaged, practicing mindfulness, yoga and meditation.
