About Dr. Bernstein

Scott L. Bernstein, MD, FACP, is an expert in High-Performance Medicine, Age Management Medicine and Lifestyle Coaching, serving patients at Scottsdale Private Physicians, LLC, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has been in private practice in Scottsdale since 1996 and has been a Concierge Physician since 2008. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He enjoys helping patients achieve their peak performance and optimal health.

Dr. Bernstein was educated at the University of Illinois College of Medicine on a full scholarship. He trained in Internal Medicine at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix and has earned extra certification in Age Management Medicine and Lifestyle Coaching.

For the past several years, he has enjoyed mentoring and teaching medical students at the University of Arizona School of Medicine-Phoenix. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Medicine Department of Scottsdale Healthcare Shea. Dr. Bernstein has also served on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Medical Association and on the Board of Trustees of the American Medical Association.

He was selected a “Top Doctor” in Phoenix Magazine, a “Top Physician” by the Consumers’ Research Council of America, and a “Top Doctor” by Castle Connolly.

A believer in lifelong personal health, not only for his patients but also for himself, Dr. Bernstein enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and daughter. He is a practitioner of free diving, a triathlete and avid table tennis player. For quiet time recreation, Dr. Bernstein has almost completed a Micro-Master’s degree in Statistics and Data Science from MIT.
